Truth carries with it the inevitability of turbulence. Whether for the teller or the listener, each feels trepidation at what is being revealed. For the teller, the Truth is a release that must happen in order for the their turbulence to subside. For the listener, the Truth is the catalyst for their turbulence.

In the listening a release from the turbulence can be found by striving to hear the words, not the emotions they are evoking. A neutrality of emotion in both the teller and listener will calm the turbulence . . . leading the way for one to hear the Love that is present in the Truth.
